Mastercard and Visa = 1%
JCB = 3%
Diners = 3%
AMEX = 3%

Medical/Mature Aged Application

A single non-refundable deposit of $10 + GST (10%) + Creditcard Fee is required to process all simultaneous pre-existing medical condition/mature age applications. When the policy is issued the deposit will be deducted from the discounted price of the policy.

Overseas Postal Charges

If you are overseas and require a hard copy to be sent to you at the overseas address a minimum fee of $15.00 + GST (10%) + Creditcard Fee will be charged.

Duplicate Handling Fee

If you require a duplicate copy of your document/s to be sent to you a minimum fee of $10.00 +GST (10%) + Creditcard Fee will be charged.

Cancellation Fee

A minimum Administration Charge of $50+ GST (10%) + credit card fee applies to each policy request cancelled, or issued policy cancelled (whether inside or outside any statutory cooling off period and is a cost recovery charge for work undertaken). Maximum cancellation fee would be the commission due on the policy to us.

Policies to be replaced by a new/different policy sold by us to the client will not be charged such a fee, however the new/different policy must be applied for and issued prior to our cancelling the old policy.

Amendments/Correction to policies

We understand we are all human, and we make mistakes. We allow a one off correction or amendement: (this may be a single or multiple item, but multiple changes need to be requested on the one email).

We reserve the right to charge an administartion fee of up to $20 plus GST(10&) and credit card fee for any chargeable fee (see example below of chargeable fee).

NO CHARGE example:- you have accidentally put in the wrong return date and your year of birth is wrong. Also your title is NOT Count but Mr, and you advise this to us in the one email asking for correction. (We will check that the return date , if the date can be changed as it is within the same policy date range there would be no charge). We would do these muliple changes without charge ,

ADDITIONAL CHARGE example:- you have accidentally put in the wrong return date and you contact us to amend the date , Next morning you note that your year of birth is wrong and you contact us requesting we correct it, You would be charged for this. That same afternoon you grow tired of being called Count and ask us to correct your title to Mr. You would be charged for this.
